Run Train
why does my Ho scale train run constantly?
I have finished my layout, which has 6 blocks on it. There is power to all blockshowever, even when the transformer is tuned down, the train run full speed. why?
Check the joints between the blocks. They should be insulated from each other. Your train keeps running because something is crossing the gaps. Also check your transformer. It will have controlled 12vDC output and uncontrolled (for running accessories like lights, switch motors etc.). Check that you have wired in the correct terminal – the leads to the track should be from the controlled output.
