That right, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® is roaring into town with Barnum’s FUNundrum, a celebration of P. T. Barnum so big, it’s an event 200 years in the making. The Fresno Convention Center – conveniently located near a wide variety of Fresno hotels – is proud and excited to host this much anticipated event.
The circus currently maintains two train-based shows, the Blue Tour and the Red Tour, as well as the truck-based Gold Tour. The Blue and Red Tours present a full three-ring circus production for two years and visit alternating major cities each year. Each train presents a different “edition” of the show. The Gold Tour presents a scaled-back, single-ring version of the show, designed to serve smaller markets deemed incapable of supporting the three-ring versions.

If you’re looking for thrills, the circus will not disappoint with a rip-roaring motorcycle troupe performing an incredible feat where seven of them brave fear and physics in the 16-foot Spherical Miracle. And the excitement doesn’t end there! High-wire artists perform 40 feet in the air perched on a wire no wider than your thumb at a crazy 45 degree angle. Masters of Musculature will show you how far the human body can be pushed with a mind-blowing display of distortion and contortion.
Barnum’s FUNundrum also features electrifying aerialists, daring acrobatic artists on a two-tiered trapeze and teeter-tottering troupes catapulting high above the arena floor. Each extraordinary act blends thrills and contemporary spectacle to over deliver a heart-racing experience that, until now, was beyond imagination.
And, of course, the show features a tremendous variety of animal’s tigers, elephants, ponies, horses and goats that authenticate the affinity between animals and humans. At Barnum’s FUNundrum, you’ll have the experience of a lifetime – one you will never forget.
