Why Did The Union Railway Strikers Win Shortly After Trains Were Set On Fire?

Is this how America is gonna work now? Like in France? If Union workers don’t get their way- they will destroy property, intimidating and breaking the law? Can Unions get away with all crimes under the Obama administration?

I think you should read a little about the history of Unions before you make assumptions. The pendulum has swung towards the corporate in the last 2 decades and with that statement I mean they have all the bargaining power. They hold all the cards. A fair understanding of the employee/employer relationship is to broad to recap in a few short paragraphs.

No. But I say that with the facts of today’s economy and anti-union sentiment. But the pendulum will swing back in favor of the employee sometime. That’s why it’s called a pendulum. Then watch the big wigs scramble.
